What did you like most about the interview process?

They really got to know my personality and experience to make sure i was a good fit.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They really care about customers and eachother. They are selfless and put others before them. They love the people aspect of their job and live in poverty to bring a smile to our customers faces.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respect retail employees, don't allow toxic managers to thrive, create an environemnt with enough hours, know its a out progress not perfection and get closer to paying living wages. I had to climb into 10 foot lofts and my DM often discriminated against certain employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

In the workplace its increasingly more difficult and the demand for perfection is to high. A customer could rate an employee a 10 out of 10 but of they dont recommend hot topic that reflects negatively on sales associates and puts their raises and job accountability at risk.
