Innovaccer has been a great experience for me. I do get the sense that the company is about to transition from winning because it's a hot startup to winning for "safe, effective, and boring" reasons. I do think there will be some pain, but leadership is committed to doing what's needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling of significant accomplishments, whether that's winning a deal, completing an internal project that brings significant benefit, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is highly competitive relative to the market, and I have significant opportunity to earn significant commissions based on performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly smart, motivated people who work hard and are willing to go the extra mile to be successful. I would compare the people at Innovaccer to the best people I've worked with anywhere previously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that even though they're relatively early career, and having built a fast-growing company quickly, it might be easy to think they know everything, they've hired smart, experienced people with a track record of success, and let them use their experience to run the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's an attitude of "how can we make it work" vs. "here's how it won't work". We can have arguments and disagreements but keep it professional, not personal - and we disagree because people are very passionate about winning and being the best, which is a very good thing.
