They regularly have some engagement activities for employees in India. But nothing for US Hires

Nothing currently. You don't get time to even talk to your team/colleagues anything outside of work as there is so much piled on that you will never have enough time. You wrap up one and 2 will hit your court
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking a step back and build a solid foundation so that the company becomes scalable along with a healthy culture. The current process/culture is only suitable for a small company. They need to realize that when you are hiring from big firms, you need to have a culture where they can fit in
