I had the oportunity to learn a lot during these years and to improve my skills, not necessary due to the trainings offered by the company but more due to the challanges. Here you have to do everything by yourself if you want to move mountains otherwise everything will get stuck to other departments

The overall experiecen is good becuase the job is challenging and the team is really nice. Also most of the people around the organziation are nice to work with. The company could be more fair when comes to payment and benefits. Also it shoud promote and make sure that the work life balance is good

We have are own micro culture, we are a united team, we are finding solutions to all the challanges, we are celebrating success, we are chaning the organization

To move the mountains, to find solutions for the most challanging issues, to see that we are making progress, the see that our customers and other teams are really appreciating our effort
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As IRM grow through acquisitions, we have various microculture environments. The company tried to promote a unique and new culture but failed to complete the process. Also due to continuous leadership changes the culture is hard to be promoved by newcomers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Clear strategy & stability. When i'm saying stability i'm refering more to a clear direction, the plans and changing so often with 180 degrees turn, until you don't understand anything anymore. The same with responsabilities now are on a team tomorrow to another then back to you
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are discrepancies between payments. On the same role in diffrent contires you can have diffrent benefits as: Annual STI Plan percentage, or benefits as car, fule etc. The salaries are always behind the local market. Make the things fair as people talk inside the organization and also pay fair
