Our tenure as a team. Cooperation and teamwork despite our underappreciation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
hard to find anything positive right now, but in my market we are accepting of everybody that puts forth an honest days work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The focus on one job function is overwhelming, especially when the team is asked to let other facets of our jobs fail so that one function remains the primary focus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the work of a supervisor, coordinator and specalist. My supervisor and manager take me for granted. Company wide we were to receive reviews in March, it is now April and the OPS team in my market has yet to receive our reviews. We haven't not received a cost of living increase in over 10 years.
