Good place if you want to work hard. Probably not a good fit for underachievers or low-energy people. As stated earlier, too much corporate push on the ESG/Diversity/Inclusion.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not really big into culture among the front liners.. We simply do our jobs. Too much corporate "culture" talk. Many of us disagree with ESG/Diversity/Inclusion mindset that the company flouts. The gender question at the end of this survey is a perfect example. There are only 2 genders.
