Overall I have really enjoyed my tenure at Iron Mountain. That said, my immediate manager has had a lot of attrition on our team and it adds additional stress on to my day to day. I really enjoy the company and what the organization stands for but my individual team is hard to support.

A strong sense of community and comradery
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are pretty transparent about their goals and directions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the Paternity leave and PTO is pretty competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The level of integrity that people bring and the amount of collaboration present.

The people on my team are always willing to tag in and help/support each other
