I can't say my experience with the company has been good from start but it has improved over time. Lots of initial challenges eg. paycheck not in on time (overdue for more than 1 week), the need to chase HR/Finance for paycheck/expense payment. Took 1 year to get on regular schedule.

7 years and counting, I enjoy my work and the people I work with mostly. My marketing management team has been very supportive and encouraging on the work I do. The team members are also very collaborative.

There is still room for improvement.

Direct with feedback, caring on employee's welfare and development.

The bonus and premium economy flights for flights above 6 hours.

Fun loving people, strong collaboration among the marketing team. We help each other to be successful.

Fun and honest people, collaborative people and meeting my teams once a year (sigh wished it could be more).

Willingness to listen to employees and customers; lean team; less hierarchical, passionate in what they are doing, especially our Group CEO and CMO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In general, a rather conservative environment but in a good way. With the pandemic, the company listened to the employees for feedback and made adjustments to the way we work.

Conservative when it comes to spending - we spend our funds wisely. I also like the fact that you can communicate directly with the executive management team. Everyone is friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the work challenges. I am glad that I have a very supportive direct manager and skip level manager who take time to listen to my challenges, provide advice on what it takes to move the projects/assignments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team recruits people who are good and experienced in their field, can't say the same for other departments. My co-workers take accountability for their work and they are creative, responsive and passionate in their work. I enjoy the collaboration within the team.
