My start at the company was a little turbulent due to my inexperience with everyday English, but now I understand the subjects with ease, being able to learn faster. I really like working at Ivalua and I want to build my career at the company if possible.

Working at this company is good, the environment is positive and pleasant

Being able to learn every day, since the company provides us courses.

My manager is kind, and he leads us very well, we like him a lot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well as a team, I think that whenever someone is in need, our colleagues try to help until we resolve the situation, I think that's incredible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try to keep us happy by having different foods, a ping-pong table, sometimes we have group outings for those who want, all of this is really cool.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly, I love my current leader. He is extremely disciplined, he cares a lot about us, he helps us to always improve ourselves, I really believe in his work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation in Montreal is extremely high, so I believe that with the work and study I have I should be earning more to be able to maintain my rent, market, among others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my salary could be higher due to my experience in the current area and my academic graduation focused on IT. But regarding my leader, benefits and work environment, I am very satisfied, I love our company.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm in the office I like that sometimes we talk among our team, sometimes in the cafeteria with other colleagues, this makes the work environment more friendly and pleasant, it's not that company that is formal and square all day, that's great.
