Jabra is a great company that is rapidly growing. There are growing pains and mistakes at times, but it is mostly corrected as people really care about each other and the success of the organization along with our customers/partners.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I need to make more money. I am getting paid below the industry average for my position.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love talking to customers and coworkers. I know that I can make a difference and it is appricated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, we practive what we preach. People are good to eachother. We value success and innovation. We think globally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally they know whats going on at a low level, but maintain focus on long term planning. Above that, they are good people. People work for people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I talked to different people who asked different questoins because they were in different roles. I got to know what they do and how I would work with them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some of the best people in the world. They drive me to get better. They each contribute in thier own way and bring unique skills. We have fun but can also stay focused. People mostly look out for eachother.
