What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being a smaller organization gives us the ability to be nimble and quick to market. Our leadership team takes the time to know their employees and understand the needs of the company. They are reachable and follow an open door policy.

What did you like most about the interview process?
During my interview process I had the opportunity to speak with many people. Some may feel the process is too long but I saw it as an opportunity to ensure that I felt I'd mesh with Jabra just as much as them being confident in my ability as well.

the interview process is mostly over the phone to ensure decisions are unbiased and based on skill set and personality/cultural fit.
