What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Colleagues are supportive. Culture - the company tries to live it's values and culture and sometimes it feels like an uphill struggle to bring everyone on the journey.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't think I am paid at the same level as a male doing the same job. Benefits are lacking and need to be addressed but there is little appetite to change this.
