Nunca entendí como una persona recién contratada en LSG puede obtener un salario mayor al de una persona que lleve 1+ años
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've lost motivation as the time went by, I don't feel appreciation from my managers and because of the times I asked for a permission it was denied.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because since I've started working with the company and the client I've been unconditional and punctual with my tasks, and I have never had a good feedback from my manager not even good or bad. New hires are paid way higher than me, that I have more than a year with the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team has a lack of human treatment, they forget about the person itself and the only think they care about is the operation not being stopped. When you need to go for a medical leave they would always try to push you back and make up missing time, we are humans! we are allowed to get sick
