Lean Solutions Group – In general, it is quite good. Working remotely is amazing, I have no complaints about that. What would be missing is part of challenging employees, providing emotional salaries and valuing employees who have knowledge and desire to grow. Defined career path and opportunities for promotion. | Comparably

What makes you most happy at work?

Remote work and my work team.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The desire to learn, to collaborate, to always be willing to contribute in the best way. The level of commitment in each of the assigned tasks. The potential they have to grow.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Mainly because there is no leadership. We only focus on being agile leaving quality aside, very disorganized and not thinking about the most important: the clients/users. Lack of organization and planning. No leaders, just bosses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I understand that there must be a profit margin between what is agreed with the client and the payment to the employee. But it should be considered the contribution that people make, their knowledge and their potential, not just look at the years of experience. The excuse is always "No budget"

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Have challenges that make you develop and improve skills in your field of action. Include us in the processes in favor of improving the productivity of the company, listen and learn from everyone and most important have a defined Career Path for each one. In the company, I have not learned anything.
