I know when you mean company you talk about lean solutions. Im super grateful with Lean, because i have learn a lot and i do really love what i do. But unfortunately the account im currently workin its nothing but disappointing. i think that's a situation you are not aware.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Right now, i don't have any positive answer about the leadership team we have. all have been bad experiences.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's no incentives in the account (money, opportunities to grow) Honestly at this point i know there's nothing you can do to make this better. bluegrace is doomed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sadly my team just come to hang out at work just to complain together how this are screwing up. and we are the ones who makes the work better, for us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my account bluegrace, my coworkers as I mentioned before are the one who makes our day by day better. the environment we have and we made is the one that makes me come to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First, I don't feel like the company is paying me enough for what I'm doing. i know there's no plan to get a payment increase in a short term nor mid/long term. second, I dont feel my requests or sugestion are being heared so is a little bit dissapointed to just come to work with no option of nothi
