It has been great. I've been working for LSG for around a year and a half, and since then I've had the opportunity to change my job and grow professionally (2 time already) every team and every job is different but very open to help and teach me if necessary

They are really kind, funny, always willing to help me if needed, amazing designers and creators, If I don't understand something they explain it patiently

I believe the most positive thing is that they are easily approachable, I know I can write anyone and all of them answer really nicely
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm always learning something, I feel I really am productive. Also, I love that even though I do the same things and I have the same responsabilities, every day is a different day for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open to hear what I need to say, also they gives us the opportunity, weekly, to say out loud our ideas and to create and participe as a team. Finally, they are really assertive, kind and respectful everytime they have a feedback for us.
