I feel like I always have to work three times the effort of others to be valued more. It is hard to file a leave due to lack of manpower moreso that the leave credits are on a accrual basis and in the supposed chance to file a leave we have to work to meet the client's needs.

Work done does not amount to the rate of compensation plus the opportunities to be promoted is not non existent

We work as a team and we make sure that no one gets left behind. We put our trust to each other and remain true to ourselves without the fear of dragging others down

Because we lack the option for growth and development along side the presence of the management caring for professional welfare of the employees it is not inspiring and employees lack the motivation to push forward
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can't say for sure if I would call it a positive culture as sometimes I feel like we are being exploited. As for the environment if we are basing it out of the team then I would say otherwise but outside, it has not being doing us good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my efforts and performance are not being considered and seen. Lack of resources and opportunity for growth thereof only allowed us to be stagnant with our skills and knowledge. Compensation is just enough to go by considering there are no allowances and incentives with our performance.
