I appreciate other foreign professionals that I've been worked on, works really hard and pays attention to understand the Filipino culture as well as having a healthy working environment even though we have different personalities and culture.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Please hear us out. It so unfair that only one employee in our team gets to WFH and easily approved. While the remaining of us gets to work onsite, pay rental fees, experience traffic and spend money. The management and client have to think through on their decisions to retain their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HMO but I wanted to increase its coverage.

Having social gatherings or parties in the office.

Transparency, Employees' Equality, Responsive, and strong communication with the client

Working with the team and other friends and of course salary.

We have the same vibes, and we work each other with team work and help each other when issues may arise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying to do their best as possible as they could to mentor us and guide us throughout our journey as a Logistics Coordinator.

The best things about my team is that we can share and relate in personal things to each other. We are friends outside the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because only one in our team gets to WFH and all of us are working onsite. Pay raise and bonus, change the agency in HMO that is more convenient.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management and client itself. There are lapses and miscommunication. They must taking into consideration all the factors before they making decision that may affect the whole team and considering resigning in the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat the employees fairly. If there is only person that gets to WFH then all in the team must get to WFH too. If its not possible, then all of us must get to work onsite.
