Zero training and not much communication. My hospital was bought out by life point. We didn't get raises, bonuses or anything for the year or christmas. My benefits are more and my leave accural rate is less. After 7 years with the original company i was treated like a human.

The ease of working from home.

I don't know. Never new we had one. Never met them!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honestly, we've never met. Other than the occasional teams interaction i don't know them. I know we all try to help each other.
