The hospital i am at is wonderful with wonderful workers, but the new PTO system is awful. Less time and less flexiblity. Lots of people looking to work elsewhere.

Patient centered. Small town feel

Employee satisfaction does not seem to be a priority

Kind and down to earth people. Showing me around the department

Better PTO system with more PTO and flexibilty. It is not comptetitive at all with other hospitals
