There is no recognition at my store (881) and at times feels like there is a lot of favoritism given to some people over others and a had full of managers at the store who don't actually want to help they wold rather dictate from the office. And we have only seen the new district manager twice
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help so many people while they are traveling, fuel up at the pump and with food and drinks for their road trips.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be better communication from the top all the way down to the part time employees. The GM need to start giving recognition out to employees that actually do their job and start making it a place everyone wants to work at everyday agen
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop walking out side every 5 minutes to smoke, every one that smokes is held to a lower standerd then non-somkers for what ever reason if I step out side to get some freash air I get yelled at for not being where im supposed to be, but if its someone that smokes its completely fine!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be more punctual with the interviews if they know they have one that is supposed to be in they should be ready for it and not make that person wait for them to be ready. They should try to have a second manager available same day for a second interview vs asking them to come back
