I have been here almost a month and have still yet to be formally trained in any area. They just throw you on a register, tell you keep the grill and cups full and I don't see them until it's time to clock out

Training. No one has formally trained me to do a single thing. There is little to zero communication
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have three years plus experience with management and they started me out at 13$ vs the 14 you START no experience at our food section Arby's
