I absolutely love the job, however, for the amount of work and stress that is put on the employees, it doesn't pay near enough. Most of the time we are understaffed and the shifts are really difficult depending on what time it is.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the mental health services that are offered.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the person that interviewed me was very open and understanding and nonjudgmental.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers don't want to actually work, which makes it more difficult for the few of us that do work. Teamwork is also lacking in most employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy spending my shift cleaning the showers and what makes me happy is when the customers constantly make comments about how clean they are or they thank me for doing a good job. I take pride in my work.
