Down to earth, very helping in nature, very collaborative. And they make it fun.

They are aggressive about growing the company, trying out different ideas, open to new ideas and are optimistic

They try to keep a family culture. They are very positive and upbeat about the future of the company

They have high ambitions and are working on the company's growth. They have good leadership ability, communication skills, interpersonal skills.

I get to do the work that I love - commercial analytics. And love the idea that we are helping a young company/startup grow into something big.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is good. I just joined, so am not sure about the bonus and annual increment. The vesting period for stocks is long - 4 years. It would be nice to reduce it to 3 years.
