I have not been here for very long but I have had a very good experience at my company so far. I have been able to work with some amazing people and have been able to learn new professional skills that will help me grow within the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make a difference in the lives of those living with Diabetes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am offered a competitive wage by today's standards and the benefits were extremely easy to sign up for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to help each other out especially the new members with anything they might need. I don't feel scared to talk to anyone in particular.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very professional and very understanding but also stern when they need to be. It creates an environment that challenges you as a professional but able to take away and learn so many things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You can tell they are all extremely passionate about the job and the goal of the company. They know times are hard right now for the work force and they still do their best to make sure everyone is happy with their job here at MannKind
