I come in do my job. Work hard, do what needs to be done. That's my job. But i am not at all appreciated.

Coworkers, chit chat, not the work itself. Totally underutilized.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing good workers and discipling or dismissing poor workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hurry up and wait mentality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, helpful and intersting people. Very diverse and we learn from each orher.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe in equal pay for equal work. That is not how it is done here.
