My leadership is experienced and knows their positions very well. That makes them very good teachers for someone joining the department from outside. I appreciate the family focus and the way I am treated by other employees. The pay is good and the work is important.

The insurance is affordable and comprehensive. I also appreciate being paid during shut-down.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Most people get involved in the fun events around the office (olympics, contests, etc.)

There seems to be a lot of love here. For the work. For others. For the mission.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I am employed by such a good company, close to home. I am excited to do the work to help improve the lives of sick people. It makes me feel that I am doing something really important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership makes the company's goals clear and set-forth a path to meet the goals. They say hello when they see you in the hall or around the site. They also roll up their sleeves and get involved whenever necessary. They recognize that family is important and still sponsor family events.
