Overall, I enjoy working here. I enjoy my interactions with most people on site in Danbury. ELT does seem to want to attract top talent, which is good, however, retainment of current talent should also be a priority. People seem to be recognized for flashy events, not the day to day firefighting.

We know how to work together and make the impossible possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual stock grants, and ESPP are great programs. I would like to know how stock grant amounts are decided for each position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I keep coming back to work here everyday because I generally enjoy working with the people I interact with on a daily basis.
