I got hired recently. first day of walking into this company I was welcome by everyone very pleasantly. Also, I love the four days (Monday to Thursday) working schedule. This schedule balance my work and family life better.

It is fun to know so many different cultural facts about all our background and yet we all unite in one place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the idea to have a lot of new people staring as same time and everyone of them are very nice and smart people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm a new hired but I really like that company allowed me to enroll into the shareholders, I think that was very generous and thoughtful act.
