Certain coworkers and customers. My small but acceptable pay check.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel all employees, manger or otherwise, feels they are not fully compensated for the work provided unless your in high school. If you want people to be serious about you be serious about them and their needs
