We all work hard together

We are like a family. Warsaw is great when it comes to co workers for the most part but like i said previously, that one manager tends to make us feel likr we are not good enough. We could be having a great time and she will say the most negative comments and its just brings down the moral.

The best things were the people who worked right along side me. They tried to help me even though they were struggling as well.

That goodness are associates treat each other well opposed to manage who have drove people out of the store because he or she wasn't like by them if I'm not mistaking that's prejudice. It sad that this goes on behind closed doors

Most of my team members understand their daily tasks and complete them in a timely manner and we will have a very smooth shift together with no mess ups.

The team itself is mostly great. Most non management is very friendly and helpful, with a few exceptions.

We could use teamwork. There is a lot of slacking and coverups and not a lot of communication. We could be so much better if we paid attention and put in the effort to make sure our coworkers heard us instead of yelling and hoping they hear.
