What do you like best about the leadership team?

blinding following a misguided manager

They work hard and help everbody

people are always willing to learn something new

Helpful and informative. They stand by you to guide you through the training

So im not familiar with this team but the leadership at my storr could be better. John is great but the other one is just down right negative. If you took a poll at warsaw it would be pretty clear others agree. Its just sad. Yes she is effective and she is great on the business end. But with people.

The general manager at the store location is better than the district manager

We do our best to keep our quality good and customers happy also its a great working experience

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Organization , safety , respect ,

They need better customer service and better leadership instead if looking down in others thats beneath them

Communication and training are areas they greatly lack in ability to do.

Giving breaks and/ or Lunch breaks

The lack of assuming that one of her coworkers is going to take a cigarette break could use I'm working on the attitude as well when in all actual fact they are doing their job by breaking down the boxes which is on the list

Communication is a big problem. For our GM, he acts incredibly passive agressive when he is upset with something. Slamming things down or shutting doors hard instead of telling us why he is mad. Its very stressful.

More postive work environment where we push our team members to do their best in a good light.

Faster updates and feedback to employees for questions about their pay.

communicating at least somewhat respectful, scheduling people according to availability, at least pretend to care about the employees

They should get better at not giving you what they want but instead what was discussed in the interview .Hold their end of the bargain.Willing to come through for the people they hire especially if that person shows up and do what needs to be done.

Noticing hostility and time management. Finding healthy ways to handle things and how to treat their employees I’ve seen very good men quit because they can’t handle the stress of how wild and chaotic it can be. There is no order, compassion, responsibility or Listening skills. It’s unhealthy
