So im not familiar with this team but the leadership at my storr could be better. John is great but the other one is just down right negative. If you took a poll at warsaw it would be pretty clear others agree. Its just sad. Yes she is effective and she is great on the business end. But with people.

Because i do a lot more then whats asked of me. I feel like if a new general manager were appointed every employee would benefit physically and mentally a lot better
I feel as if im not appreciated as much as most other employees and im not being paid for the work I do.
I fell undervalued because this has been a long going problem that needs to be dealt with. No raise in 3 years, disrespectful to employees that eventually make them quit. But this is solely about how people are treated by upper management Randa& Sierra. Rude comments to employees who have cried.
A better workplace attitude across the broad ive tried being nice and asking qestions but its becomeing increasingly obvious that your team leaders probably have such a high turn over rate in my area is due to them
For the most part, they are friendly, personable, come to worxk on time and do a good job.
They listen most of the time.
We all work hard together
We are like a family. Warsaw is great when it comes to co workers for the most part but like i said previously, that one manager tends to make us feel likr we are not good enough. We could be having a great time and she will say the most negative comments and its just brings down the moral.
The best things were the people who worked right along side me. They tried to help me even though they were struggling as well.

We could use teamwork. There is a lot of slacking and coverups and not a lot of communication. We could be so much better if we paid attention and put in the effort to make sure our coworkers heard us instead of yelling and hoping they hear.

When everything is running smoothly and everyone is doing their part. When I can honestly sleep well at night knowing that my bills are paid, my responsibilities were handled, I have time with my family and friends and my co-workers feel satisfied as well

Not enough workers but not because there arent enough hired. They chose to send people home when its busy out the door so they can save money therefore people wait over an hour for a sandwhich. Thats ridiculous. Youre losing money ding dong
