They don't pay the workers decent wages, nor reward employees that go above and beyond. This place has huge retention issues at every store yet management fails to see the issues. Low wages, lack of incentives and rewards is leading this organization to implode at some point

Listen to all the employees ideas as many of them are the ones that imteract with customers that also are expressing complaints about the stores

When other retailers are offering starting wages above what someone that has been working for this organization now going on 21 months this is very said especially when this company in the last two years had record sales
