Though here for less than a year, it's become one of the most-satisfying roles I've ever head as a full-time/permanent employee. There's been a fair amount of attrition and hiring, and I'm not clear as to what my career path (if any) might be at this point, but am happy with most everything.

Transparency, honesty, competence, acceptance that things don't always go as planned.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is probably my favorite. I should use it more though....

Transparency, honesty, fully supportive of remote workers, ability to prioritize in line with needs of the business, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a fairly straightforward path to improving the product in ways that benefit customers, reduce overhead, improve quality, and so on.
