It was well thought out and a reasonable timeline of interviews over two and a half weeks
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is not the most competitive for the industry but we do have mental health, physical wellness, legal programs, fitness programs and comprehensive medical/dental/vision packages as well as 401k
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency and empathy within the Namely culture are really genuine. Executive leadership has done a great job of setting the tone for expectations of progress, inclusivity, and humanity in the workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the most inclusive and hardworking team of individuals. They all work and execute changes with open communication and we all support one another. I feel fortunate to work with my team.
