Diversity in the workplace is promoted by leadership! Leaders are always striving to utilize individual's unique strengths. The leadership team is always welcoming of innovative and creative suggestions to improve operational processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my contributions are VALUED at Namely! However, it would help if a thorough Compensation Analysis were conducted across positions at the company to validate the current Compensation ranges because they seem rather low.
