Friendly, personable, really authentic and honest but hard workers and will help out as much as they can. 90% go the extra mile for their coworkers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work we do and the merit increase we get YoY doesn't seem that competitive at this level. Not as many opportunities to rise or go different paths
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
inclusive, collaborative, open to list to thoughts and take them into consideration no matter who brings it up, everyone has an equal voice. No feeling of seniority or ranking, just a group doing their best together!
