What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly accessible and transparent. Power distance does not exist at Namely, and as someone who came from a Fortune 500 Company prior to Namely, I appreciate that immensely.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What are some of the best things about your team?
At Namely, the environment is blatantly collaborative. In my three and a half years at Namely, I've never felt like I was in competition with someone, but rather, invested as a team to achieve a common goal. It's wonderful to work with a team like that.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love knowing that my work makes a tangible difference in the day to day lives of our customers. We are helping them with a historically difficult and menial task, and making it easy and interactive. I am so proud that our work makes other people's lives easier and more enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Namely really treats its employees as human beings, and invests in their well-being. I came from a company that gave us the bare minimum federal holidays off each year, but at Namely, they are invested in our happiness, and grant us time outside of work for PTO, Voting, Religious Holidays and more!
