Overall I have had an extremely positive experience at this company. I worked in this industry for 10+ years prior and the positivity of the people I work with far surpasses any other companies I worked with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work From Home! Compensation is very competitive and the unlimited PTO!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very welcoming. I have yet to encounter a person who was not friendly or kind.

They seem transparent and each person I encountered has been very personable regardless of what level they are at.

All of the leaders I have directly worked with are always positive and trying to find ways to make our company better.

The pay is right in line with industry standard. Benefits are standard as well. Complete remote role was what sold me on the role.

Everyones willingness to get the job done. I have not encountered one single problem where I felt like I was stuck with nowhere to turn for guidance.

All of the team members are friendly and are helpful. Everyone has a get it done attitude so it makes meeting deadlines and time sensitive matters seem effortless.

My team is always looking to be as efficient as possible to meet all targets and deadlines. My team is knowledgable and willing to help troubleshoot issues that arise.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work in the comfort of my home. It is my safe space and I feel most relaxed and that allows me to give my full focus on my job duties.

Being able to do my work and then leave at the end of the day on time. Also to not worry about the amount of work I am coming back to the next day.
