I think TA is incredible- my role just wasn't a good fit for me. But as someone who picked up a position here as my first foray out of university, it's been great. I have no regrets about joining this company!

The leadership team seems genuinely put together- something I really respect and appreciate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a salary, and to have remote work presented as an option.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is probably that no is actively a jerk or bothersome? Everyone keeps to themselves a lot of the time, unless they need something from you.
What makes you most happy at work?
The free lunch is a great perk. I also genuinely look forward to meetings with teammates and colleagues, and whenever we get to do something out of the ordinary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very dynamic, and handles challenges exceedingly well. We are rigid with our standards, but flexible with real world situations. I respect everyone on my team and the work they put in.
