What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is little I can think of that I'd like added to our compensation package. Unlimited PTO, excellent insurance and generous equity all make for an excellent package.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our HR/people team is tightly involved in making sure the culture is nothing short of perfect. With a superstar #DEI leader and a great DEI team, TripActions actually puts its money where its mouth is.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The team assigned to my interview took the time to actually talk to me instead of just walking through a list of questions. From the CMO to senior VP's, my interview gave me a lot of confidence that I was interviewing at the right company.
