Our salaries are a little low compared to other companies in tech. Some of our added benefits are great, however, they're also taxed which makes them less valuable and it's not well known (ie. $500 fitness stipend). Would also be great to 401k match.

I have 8 years experience as a consultant and am getting paid the same as someone who has never worked a day in travel. I help with AAL whenever it is busy + do my normal role and that seems to get overlooked. It is rather insulting and offensive.

The excuse here is we are a start-up, this is a fast-paced company. Working 12-15 hour days every day, not hiring enough people unless they are in Sales is starting to be draining. There are no resources unless you are in Sales.

Some of the benefits advertised are currently halted and there are no guarantees they will be restarted again. The rest are pretty standard and not very different than other companies. Infact other companies actually provide more benefits.
