To realize that all employees are not the same. Currently I would say 80% of the employees at my level all make the EXACT same pay. There are people with experience working amongst us who were shafted on pay.

Everyone was very welcoming, the recruiter and coordinator came by throughout the day to check in and update you on the interview process. Really great to get a to see the office space and all departments before making a decision.

the communcation. being told one thing, and then something else happens i feel like the agents are just exprect to be the brunt of the company yet everyone higher UP GETS THE BENEFITS. it just is not fair.
