The few employees we can keep are over worked and overwhelmed. By cutting labor, we have changed the culture in our restaurants

Expectation vs reality are far off. You don’t see what really goes on because all visits are planned and the goal is to get people in trouble inste
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work hours that are unheard of with little to no help and upper management constantly saying it is not good enough. Have your managers clock in and out for a week and you will be astounded at the results.
