I am a host at my store, i often work long hours by myself. I seat, bus, and wipe all the tables in the restaurant. The Servers never roll silver ware so we are always low, i feel i can never talk to my managers about anything. I am always the last person to know important information.

Yes. I feel like the better job I do the more I get punished for it. Always have to close (because I do it so well) never get days off I request because some one else calls out or doesnt show. Or they are just short staffed. And I am very dependable and reliable so they always call me in.
