Coworkers get little to no training. Expected to do everything with no assistance.

Have an outside company interview and hire, no one internally can do well

Employee recognition, not just salaried executives. Seems like nobody in this company is appreciated in any way whatsoever unless you?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to give training hours to everybody. Stop pulling trainees before they complete training. Pay their management for working in other stores
