Always try to keep morale up. Try to help each other any way they can.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager gave me an opportunity to speak and wasn't intimidating. I felt comfortable and confident.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. I feel like the better job I do the more I get punished for it. Always have to close (because I do it so well) never get days off I request because some one else calls out or doesnt show. Or they are just short staffed. And I am very dependable and reliable so they always call me in.
