PAC is a fantastic company to work for. However, although they say the right things, sometimes the actions of leadership tells a different story. Improving collaboration between departments and tamping down the egos will go a long way for our growth.

Practice what they preach about relationships. Make staff feel like they're part of the team by including them and speaking to them with respect.
