What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and PTO. I haven't participated in the medical plan yet but it's a fabulous package
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very fast paced. The ability to make decisions without being micromanaged is hugely positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I know I make an impact daily. My coaching and development of my team is paying off with the success of our results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here at PAC is extremely personable. Even the VP of Operations greets you by name when he interacts with you on site visits. It shows that he took the time to know who his people are even at the plant level.
